UI / UX Overhaul for the desktop version of Spotify.
As a personal project to challenge myself, I decided to revamp the UI/UX design of Spotify based on features I would personally like added. A work project created for a client when I worked at Thynk Digital as a Junior UI/UX Designer.
My role was to create the onboarding sequence that would help new users register and log in to the app. I also helped design the layout and contents of the shopping page as well as conducted user/market research on competitors.

How can we improve the app's customer experience to become a full digital bank in order to reduce the calls to customer service and visits to the banks physical branches?
The goal for this project was to improve the app from where the customers can manage their accounts and also apply, cancel and personalize all their products without having to call or go to the branch.

Credit Score Feature Prototype
For this project, I helped design the various features for app that helped educate users on credit management. The goal was to design a system that allowed newer users to become familiar with the automated credit score system used within the app. Through a simplistic yet engaging design system we were able to achieve an upturn of new users by 19% two weeks after launch.

NOOR BANK - Digital Design System
Through conducting user-research into other bank competitors to NOOR Bank in the UAE, we were able to revamp an old version of their banking app including upgraded features, increased accessibility, improved app performance as well as a new brand guideline and original design system.
